Refunds
Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are treated differently, and this says exactly how.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are not refunded. The 14-day trial is the evaluation period, and cancelling stops the next charge while you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
The reasoning, stated so it does not have to be guessed at: the trial is fourteen days, needs no card, and unlocks the full product for one plugin. Everything that is worth evaluating is available before any money changes hands, so the evaluation happens then rather than afterwards.
Cancelling is immediate and self-service, from your billing settings. It stops the next charge. It does not end the period you already paid for — you keep access until that period runs out.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime purchases carry a 30-day refund window, no questions asked. It is a one-time charge, so if it is not paying for itself in the first month we refund it in full.
A lifetime purchase is a single charge rather than a recurring one, so there is no next billing period to cancel and no way to stop paying for something that turned out not to fit. The window exists to fill that gap.
When we refund regardless
If the product fails on our side — a sync that stopped, figures that were wrong, access you paid for and did not get — write to us. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund the period it affected. That is not conditional on which plan you are on or how long ago you bought it.
This is the part of the policy that is not a rule but a commitment, and it is stated because a policy that only lists the cases where you do not get money back is not a policy anyone reads twice.
What a refund does to your data
A refund ends access to protected figures. It does not delete anything. Your account, history and settings stay as they are, and the privacy policy covers how long each of them is kept.
Asking for one
Email us. There is no form and no cancellation flow to argue with. Tell us which purchase and we will process it.
