These are schedules, not live checks. Each name is the job’s actual hook, so a support reply can point at the same identifier the code registers.

Incidents
There is no incident history here yet, and an empty list is the honest way to say that rather than inventing entries. When something goes wrong that affects your figures, we will email affected accounts and say what happened, what it affected, and what we changed — not a status colour and a shrug.
A late daily sync is the most likely thing you will notice. It delays figures; it does not lose them. Install history keeps accruing, and a delayed sync backfills rather than skipping the day.
What this page does not promise
There is no uptime guarantee. The daily figures depend on WordPress.org being reachable, and committing to availability that rests on someone else’s infrastructure would be a promise we do not control. Support response targets — which we do control — are in the terms.
Only the sync freshness above is measured. Every other row on this page tells you what is scheduled, which is a weaker claim, and it is labelled as one.
