No, nothing is deleted — your history stays intact and simply becomes locked. Install history keeps recording even while you are not subscribed, so coming back gives you those days rather than starting from today. Keyword rank collection pauses while a subscription is lapsed and resumes when you return, so ranks are the one series with a gap for that period.
