  • Poor maintainance

They still havent fixed the security bug from December, as described by Wordfence. The plugin is slowing down WP admin. It has a bug that prevent customer downloads from WooCommerce. • Why you should definitely choose a support plugin

I highly recommend this plugin Simple and concise setting screen First of all, it is compatible with Locotranslate and allows you to easily and concisely change the original translation in the settings screen. As of 202502, there were still some parts that were not compatible. Plugin name and plugin description part.

  • Awesome support ticket plugin with worst

The support for this product is very frustrating. Moreover, asking for a refund is very difficult.

  • Great plugin

An excellent plugin with technical support requests for WordPress. The free version has quite a lot of functionality. Thank you very much to the developers! This topic was modified 2 years, 4 months ago by stanislav5web.

  • Be wary of the free version

Originally gave a 5-star review but now upon having a serious, unresolved issue, I can no longer recommend the free plugin. The plugin caused a critical error on a main category on our site – and given no support via Awesome Support email nor via WP Forums, I have had to find an another ticketing/helpdesk option. The

  • So bad

A disconcerting experience… I bought the plugins only to encounter REST API errors and cron tasks that are blocking my WooCommerce-powered WordPress site… I reached out to the support team, who nonchalantly informed me that these issues would be resolved in an upcoming update… An update that, even after one month, has

  • Works for us!

Works for us. Would give it five stars. If it wasn’t a little bit clunky sometimes. Input boxes have become very small, which they tell me is a WooCommerce or other plug-in problem. Which sounds a little bit like passing the buck!

  • Run! This Company Provides Terrible Support

The irony of calling the product “Awesome Support” is almost comical. I was a loyal customer for more than a year and literally bought everything they sell. The product was “ok” at best and they were always fairly slow, in my opinion, in tackling bugs and customer support tickets. Our needs changed and we no longer

  • TERRIBLE support, constant bugs

Editing my review again for the third time. I was asked by the developers 9 months ago to reconsider my initial harsh review, as they were “doing their best”. There seemed to be some improvements to responsiveness on tickets for a very short period of time, but now it’s back to non-existent support and a continuously

I like the flexibility and the functions. The pricing of the additional extensions could be a little less intensive 😉 This topic was modified 3 years, 4 months ago by neuronprocessing.

  • Awesome – works just out of the box

I have gotten a lot of mails from my customers and sometimes they just fill my mailbox with several mails a day. After I have installed Awesome support I have much more control over my support tickets. It works for me. thank you for an awesome plugin! Kristen

  • Too powerful

I have experience with Kayako, Freshdesk, osTicket, among others. AwesomeSupport is excellent. It has many complements and adapts to any need. The ability to have unlimited agents is great. • Boff…

As some people say here, bad support. In addition, this plugin was offered in a premium version on Envato and they left without notifying their customers who ended up with a quickly buggy plugin. I installed this free version…well, not great. Too limiting.

I have been using this plugin for almost 3 years now and since I first used it, it has improved a lot, with time they bring it among the top plugins available for support management on WP. The team is always quick to fix minor issues and accommodating. Thumbs up 👍

I immediately get a critical error on my site, aka the white screen of death, after I activate this plugin. Had to FTP into plugins folder and manually delete to get my site working again. • Awesome plugin, not so awesome support for it

We’ve been using this plugin for a while and while it serves it’s purpose, whenever we have some sort of issue with it, it’s an actual struggle to get any kind of relevant help from the developer. It’s ironic, because developer who created the plugin for support platform, has one of the worst support you can

  • A Support Company with the Worst Support Ever

Extremely disappointed. Purchased an add-on that turned out not to work, but because of their “policy” no refund was coming my way. Every internet SaaS I’ve worked with in the past wanted to be sure that their product was helpful. These folks seem to just want to make money regardless of the lack of value their

  • DO NOT INSTALL

After spending hours configuring, linking and integrating, I get the command (new ticket, show tickets) options inserted into BP user page but when they’re clicked, nothing happens. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zero. No installation support. No way to contact support. Uninstall is an easter-egg hunt, like a lot of features.
