Bad support & partially working
Support takes multiple months (4 months and counting) to adress a issue. The plugin doesnt work correctly with native woocommerce payment plugin and also has broken features. It’s exactly what I was looking for, including the option to send emails based on status. Just need to fix some bugs, like keeping showing the action to complete an order, even the order is already completed. And to have the option to customize the design of the emails would be awesome too.
