Does one thing really well
I use this plugin for breadcrumbs on all of my site. I love how easy it is to customise, and it works faithfully across all page types. Super easy to use, and yet really powerful and customisable. Very responsive support, with issues resolved quickly.

It works according to the permalink only
This plugin displays whatever you have in your permalink (user friendly URL) and if you have a generated date in your URL it will break it down and it will show you that the day is a page, the month is another page and the year another page. I don’t recommend it…

Perfect with shortcode feature

Older version is very good
I have tried a lot of breadcrumb-plugins and nothing works with shortcodes and outside the loop. This plugin was perfect. But i have to use v1.2, because after update to 1.5 it wont work on single-posts.
