Helpful support and great follow through
We had some trouble getting the upsell offers to display on our custom-coded checkout page and Pavithra was helpful and patient throughout the troubleshooting process. The support team followed up regularly and we eventually got everything working with a shortcode! Thanks to Pavithra and the team for sticking with us!

No compatibility with VPML
There has been no support for WPML for over two years, resulting in constant issues with clients not receiving notifications in their language. There has been a request for compatibility for over two years, but unfortunately, it still hasn’t happened. I don’t recommend this plugin to anyone with WPML.
