I have found the app to be intuitive to use. I give it 5 stars as I have found it to be very useful in a neighborhood website that I have built with WordPress. It is a great tool.

fast support and fixing
in the version he released; our site crashed. fatal error. i had to disable the plugin. I went to the forum and he immideaitly fixed the error and updated the plugin within 1 hour. After 3 hours of searching around, I realized that it was all just an advertisement for PRO. Finally, I had to delete the remnants from /plugins via FTP.

Very capable timeline, easy to use, and flexible with features that I needed.
I was trying out different timelines and the other ones seemed to be limited in their free versions. But Cool Timeline allowed me to do everything I needed to do and I didn’t need to seek out instructions to determine how it worked.
