Excellent plugin, keeps getting better.
I love this plugin. Using it for years and they continue to improve on it. The latest improvement is a big one as it adds better seo value to the urls by removing the product id from the end of the url. Nice one! The one thing I wish it could do better though is to have better abilities to show products and categories…

Really Helpful – Mostly
The only complaint that I have is that I had to upgrade to another plan in order to have digital files. Other than that, this works for what I need it for – and I couldn’t be happier…. unless I can downgrade and still have digital files (lol – kidding, mostly).

Great platform
I am just starting to use Ecwid but so far it ticks all the boxs that many other platforms could not. The shipping configuration is the best I have used, the interface is easy to navigate and the customer support is great. I highly recommend to anyone selling online. I only wish that they offered a la carte features…

It’s been functional, but support is terrible. The contact support link doesn’t work, and emailing them I’ve gotten no reply. I seem to have a bug, they charged my customer the wrong amount. Using ECWID in WP slows my site, a lot.

Excellent Plugin
This works so well I have not needed any help in the 2 years I have been using it. I can’t imagine myself using any other. I believe the price is very fair for all the features and options Ecwid offers. I’m looking forward to when I can try the app for my store from them.

I have been going around in circles trying to install the ECWID plug in but there is no option under the “Plug In” settings to add one – only the download option. I cannot be spending so much time between 2 platforms to do one simple thing…I am good….heading back to Shopify
