  • Horrible

Gratis es caro. No funciona, Meta es lo peor que le pasó a la humanidad

  • Caused multiple site crashes

Not built with the performance or stability of larger WooCommerce stores in mind whatsoever. We ran this on a dedicated VPS with 8 CPU cores and 24 GB RAM, and its catalogue/feed syncing brought the site to its knees on more than one occasion. The plugin handles catalogue syncing, feed generation, Meta tracking and

  • Silent failure during setup caused by blocked third-party cookies

After struggling with this setup for far too long, and after the usual experience of trying to get help from the Meta Help Center (which was, unsurprisingly, not very helpful), I finally found the actual issue. The connection process fails if your browser blocks third-party cookies. The setup appears to work, shows

  • This Plugin is Garbage

This has to be one of the worst plugins in the WordPress repository. I can’t even get the configuration screen to load and whenever the plugin syncs with Meta it eats up almost all of my server’s resources (32 GB RAM, 8 core CPU…).

  • Frustrating!

Adding one more review noting that it does not work. I get stuck in connecting the plugin through WordPress to my Facebook catalog. I get as far as clicking to continue to set up products – but it just closes the window for Facebook and takes me back to the admin page to ‘get started’ again with connecting my shop to

  • What a disaster Meta software is

Always a mess. Meta business should be rebuild from the ground. This plugin also. Keep getting setup loops after it should ad products to the store. As if nothing was setup. In Meta I see the store, but nothing more. Had contact with Meta support, made loom video’s, they called me and everything and after a while,

  • Fatal error caused by JSONResponse

I’m experiencing a fatal error related to the JSONResponse constructor in the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. The plugin calls this function without the required argument, causing a site-breaking error when used alongside Elementor. Deactivating the plugin resolves the issue. Both plugins are up to date, but this

Terrible Plugin – Avoid at All Costs I strongly advise against installing this plugin. It completely broke my website. Even after deleting, reinstalling, clearing cache, resetting the database, and cleaning all related folders, the issues persisted. The plugin is full of bugs, crashes frequently, and does not load

I can’t even get it to recognize my page or load correctly. All I get is a Error Something went wrong, please try again. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, tried the support link and nothing but the red error message. This topic was modified 1 year ago by carolynyalin.

  • Bad Update

I’ve connected my WooCommerce store properly using the official Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. All products are synced and appear correctly in the catalog. The links are valid, and everything is configured exactly as required. However, when users click on any product from my Facebook Shop, they get the error: “This

  • Abysmal

V3.5.2: This plugin had ONE JOB: Enable me to run Facebook ads set to Purchase Events. But the plugin does not register live purchases, so I cannot set up or run a Facebook ad how I want it. • Disaster of a plugin

Hard to believe this is an official Facebook plugin. Releasing updates that crashes sites is truly horrible. Also they are slow to update the plugin, causing warning messages on every admin page.

  • Two of my clients sites are affected

Yep, you need to sort this asap. I’ve had two client websites showing a ‘Critical Error’, fortunately I guessed it was this plugin and was correct, deactivating a plugin via FTP fixes the site problem. They will be left without it until you let me know of a fix, thanks.

  • Plug in deplorable

  • shameful that Meta delivers such a buggy and poor plugin!

How shameful that a tech giant like Meta (or Facebook) delivers such a buggy and poorly maintained plugin. We trusted it for our business website — especially during high-traffic periods like Eid — and it completely failed us. Right after updating the plugin, our entire website went down.
