Great Form Plugin
I have used Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms, and WP Forms and I have to say Forminator is the best so far. I can design fairly complex forms and can also integrate PayPal with the free version. I am very happy.

Awesome plugin
There is nothing about this plugin that I don’t like. From the ease of designing complex forms to specifying behaviors upon submission– Forminator rocks! And this is the free version. I absolutely have to upgrade and experience what premium feels like. Solid performer. Great developer. Love it!!!

Seems great so far!

Security Junk
Product itself is easy to use, but moving away due to numerous security issues with this plugin and developer. Ease of use isn’t worth the risk of their constant lack of security posture. Google search to see this is a pattern.

I use this form builder on all the sites I manage and I can say that I am very satisfied with it. It works perfectly so far. They offer many types of fields to build advanced and complete forms.
