License activation and support around it is useless
Apparently this plugin has been bought by Liquid Web and along with other plugins they have bought there are issues with license activation. My client purchased a license weeks ago and we’re still struggling. Support is useless, giving instructions for things that don’t exist. All of the documentation is out of date…

Support solves a problem when the plugin does not have a feature
Our donation form has a custom dropdown field, and we wanted it to be a required field. Unfortunately some donors were ignoring the choices. Customer support provided the code to compel the donor to select one of the choices. Excellent support that made a good plugin even better. Thanks to Alex Coleman.

Not what it seems
You are not capable of using this plugin and what it says it offers without having to pay for their premium plans which start at $150 a year. Deceptive, beware!!
I’m not sure when they started doing it but they now charge an additional 2% if using the Stripe gateway not on a premium plan.
