Nobody seems to care
This plugin adds many valuable features for site administrators to WordPress Core. I installed and used it on all my sites for years. Since half a year though, there is security issue (CVE-2025-64253), and nobody cares to address it. Clients start to complain about that unsafe plugin, so I had to remove it.

I can’t believe that
I can’t believe anyone gave this plugin 5 stars. Troubleshooting mode will break your site. It disables ALL plugins and it says that this will only affect you and NOT your other site visitors but that is FALSE. When you disable troubleshooting mode all plugins remain inactive! There is NO WAY to revert or cancel this.…

Authors are slow to fix issues
This issue has been open for almost a year and not fixed: Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the health-check domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at…

Could it be harder to use?
I tried this, but found it very confusing to figure out just what it did and what makes it so special. I couldn’t reactivate any plugins. So how am I suppose to troubleshoot. This is just FLUFF… if you want to trouble shoot just do it the old school way, turn all plugins and themes off, and then just painstakingly…

It definitely does its job
If you know what you are doing, this plugin is priceless. For some features, there are no alternatives at all.

HEED ALL THE WARNINGS! THIS DESTROYED MY SITE!
What other people are saying this plugin does, it did to me. As so many people describe, I used it once, and when I exited troubleshooting mode, ALL MY PLUGINS STAYED DEACTIVATED. I now have to restore my site from backup! NOT COOL! This topic was modified 1 year, 9 months ago by synthezoid.

Indeed a disaster.
DO NOT use this on any of your Live and important sites

A disaster!
A disaster! The plugin deactivated and deleted most of my plugins. Impossible to restore without restoring the site from a backup. I’ve been an experienced woocommerce seller for many years and I haven’t been able to solve the problem created by this plugin without restoring the backup from my host. This topic was…

Wow
I didn’t try it because of negative reviews and untested. If the problem is 53 out of 100 negative, that’s more than half. Why is it still being offered as a means of help and health of your website??? This topic was modified 2 years, 2 months ago by KC Penamon.

Bricked my site
Too bad I didn’t read the warnings here before I installed. Installed, activated, and selected Troubleshooting. Boom! Site is gone. Error 500 with nothing in the logs. Deleting the plugin via ftp didn’t help so now I have to get it restored from backup. Pathetic.

AVOID THIS PLUGIN (And here’s the fix if you didn’t)
As others have said, troubleshooting mode breaks your website. You will abruptly lose access to the dashboard, can’t login, and the website itself won’t load for users. The fix? Go into your web directory through FTP and delete the plugin from your wp-content folder. When I did this I was able to reload the dashboard.…

Troubleshooting mode doesn’t work
Avoid troubleshooting mode. It doesn’t work. The only way back is to delete the plugin.

DO NOT USE – STAY AWAY! DANGEROUS PLUGIN
THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW EVER! BUT STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLUGIN! I ENTERED TROUBLESHOOTING MODE AND IT’S STUCK! YOU CANNOT GET OUT OF TROUBLESHOOTING MODE. YOU CANNOT SEE THE ACTUAL WEBSITE ON YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING IN YOUR ACCOUNT. THE FRONT END OF THE WEBSITE LOOKS NORMAL WHEN YOU’RE NOT LOGGED IN. BUT…
