Horrible support, does not properly implement Media Session API
After seeking help they just dropped off. They do not support Media Session API for lock screen controls, so when the mobile browser goes to the Lock Screen, the player stops. And of course they will keep my money even though it never worked. THESE ARE NOT SERIOUS PEOPLE.

Great Player, Easy Set-up
We were looking for a player which gave us the ability to download. The HTML5 Audio Player gave us that plus the ability to change all the settings. Installation was nothing more than downloading the plugin, activating it and clicking on a setting in the plugin to swap out the current player with the HTML5 Audio Player

Too many gtlitches. Support stopped
This was working and with responsive support, but in the last few months downloading files has stopped working on Chrome and Edge, The skin changes randomly and on the Pro version, not all parts of the skin follow the user-set colours. Support response to emails has stopped completely.
