This plugin and the company failed in every way
We paid for a high tier subscription and tried to implement the Instagram plugin on a very vanilla WordPress site running the Avada theme and just a few other plugins. The plugin crashed our site every time. We’re running a virtual private server on Surgeons, so resources aren’t the issue. Site ground even confirmed,…

Amazing plug in for Instagram
Really great plug in for Instagrams, love that I can combine three different feeds into one. You do have to log into those Instagram accounts to combine them, but easy once that is done.

Good Support – Maintenance Required though
I’m still giving the company a 5 star rating even though the plugin has regularly stopped working properly (few times a year). I don’t think that is their issue but due to Meta’s continuous API changes. Since their support is fast, respectful and helpful that means more to me than perfection. Tell your clients to not…

Super Responsive & Solved My Issue
I was having a problem connecting my Instagram to my website. Manuel was very responsive and walked me through the process. He also went in himself and was able to fix the problem. Very appreciative!

Great Plugin / Amazing Support
Without going into it too much, I just want to say that I’ve used this plugin for years. It pretty much works flawlessly. The only time I’ve ever had any problems is when Meta/Instagram decides to make changes and screws up the API connection to the feed. Recently, one of my clients had that happen on their site, and…

Wonderful
Hello. This plugin is perfect for the Block Editor. It makes it easy to achieve exactly the effects you want. I imagine not many people use desktop computers these days, but it’s compatible with both desktop and mobile devices. However, when viewing on a desktop, browsers other than Firefox—such as Chrome, Opera,…

Exclusive offer spam
The constant “Exclusive offer – 60% off!” spam in the whole WP admin area is extremely annoying. Impossible to get rid of it.

Blank Setup Page
Well, I went to my admin to set this up, and both the setup and settings tab are just blank. Does not work for me.

This plugin is a crap
Annoying “60% discount” banner which does not disappear. Author literally lies in other topics that already fixed this issue, but after years of forced using of this plugin, I AM sure it is not fixed at all after all these years. Poor compatibility with Elementor “reduce DOM” function (it breaks web layout), and…

Constantly havign to reconnect
Unfortunately every other week its telling me I have to reconnect it to my instagram just to be met with more issues like “account’s future activity history off Meta technologies is currently turned off. Please visit account center to change it.” There’s just too much of a headache to get this thing to work at this…

Excellent plugin and support
I’ve used both the FB and Instagram plugins – both work so well. Easy to set up, tons of options, and we needed the multiple feeds option for the current Instagram setup which has worked out so well on our site. Support is excellent too – we accidentally purchased the plugin twice and support was able to help with…
