Worst service I’ve encountered
Whatever you do, do not use this service. They will happily charge your credit cars, but when you try to reach them for support, they never respond. Their service is a disgrace.

Does not work for bulk actions, subscription cannot be cancelled
– It works with 1 image but not at Google PageSpeed standard – It doesn’t work with bulk action – The worst thing is I inputted my credit card there and they refused to let me cancel my subscription, what a very bad thing from kraken.io

Terrible Support
The plugin constantly has issues to the point where we have had to disable it. We have attempted to contact Kraken for support (as we are a paying customer) and they simply do not respond!

Does not work for bulk
Did not work at all. Got api keys, made settings, saved and nothing absolutely happened, although I selected to do the bulk. There is no “run” button with this. Uninstalling. waste of time. This topic was modified 9 years, 7 months ago by recons.

Works great and excellent suppport
This plugin works exactly as advertised. I love that I don’t even have to think about it. Just upload my images normally and it does it’s magic through the API connection. The only time I had a small issue, support went above and beyond to fix it and keep me happy.

Best optimisation available
We’ve tried all the others and Kraken stands out the clear winner. It just works. The new downsample feature in v2.5 is amazing, no longer needing to load the imsanity plugin. Kraken solves all the big image file issues. This, together with rocket-me caching will typically speed up my slow client sites 3-5x.

love the lossless
I combine Kraken lossless for high quality but larger file size with the Imsanity plugin. Imsanity will reduce the dimensions first. This way I get physically small images with kraken’s perfect lossless.

Excellent Option for Image Optimization
The real power of Kraken is their “intelligent lossy” optimization. I use it on all my sites and have never once needed to roll back an image because of too much quality degredation. While I hope to see some more advanced settings added to the WordPress plugin in the future, it is a perfect solution as is.
