Requires Legal Entity & TAX ID Info for ANYTHING
This seemed like such a wonderful plugin and I suffered through page after page of setup info, when all I really needed – to begin with – was a reservations plugin. Adding this requirement for “legal entity name” and “tax identification” is simply OVERREACH of the worst product design I’ve ever seen in any WordPress…

Not much flexible….
It’s just an iframe actually loading and too expensive to pay it every month…. I am thinking in switching to WooFood plugin which is one-time and selfhosted and you can use any payment gateway you want from WooCommerce

Customer service is amazing and the plugin is really well developed. Unfortunately it is not flexible at all and not adaptable. You have to be able to fit your business model into their application. It isn’t flexible and if your business plan is different, you will not be able to use the tool.

Printer/Mark Completed order issues
Everything works fine. 2 important options are missing. 1) Only Limited printer models can be used to print the orders. There is no option to Mark “Completed” once the order is fulfilled which is confusing for busy Restaurants. Please fix these issues.

Very Limitation, No Admin Dashboard for Order Control
Ordering Only Acceptable on Mobile App ! It SHOULD NOT ! Need an Admin Dashboard to get Order CONTROL/ACCEPT/REJECT at Computer also. Business Entrepreneurs not want to control it by ONLY APP. Please allow Admin Dashboard having such Option.

It’s just a demo …
The most important feature “accepting money from the customers” is charged: By subscription costing $29 a month!!! And that makes it clearly a demo! And you don’t see that from the beginning but much later in the process of testing it and having given up personal information, opening account on their site, etc etc etc…

Good platform, but customer service is MIA
