Support and solutions
Wpmet support is exactly what I, as a Metform user, hope for. Questions are always answered promptly, and the proposed solutions actually work (many thanks, Reju).

Incredible plugin backed by a world-class support team
I’ve been using the pro version of MetForm for about two years now, and it has genuinely been one of the most useful plugins in my toolkit. Technically speaking, it is extremely versatile you can build almost anything you can imagine, from simple contact forms to complex multi-step layouts. Beyond the features, the…

Looks good but …
First off I’ve tried to explore this issue with the support process, all I seem to get in response it a bot. It looks like the plugin does not play well with static sites or heavily cached sites.

Easy to Setup, Elementor Based, Beautiful
I like this form builder because it’s easy to use and built into the one of only two page builders that I find useful for my work as a web designer. It looks really good as well and it’s seamless to integrate into just about any theme/template you happen to want to use. Also, when it comes time for me to pay for the…

Great plugin and support
I have been using MetForm for the past 6 years, since version 1 and I have seen this plugin evolve. I have used it in several websites and it has always been a great help to create forms faster. One of the best support I came across
Honestly, Metform exceeded expectations. The plugin does what it promises and gives plenty of flexibility, but their support team is next level. Fast, friendly, and thorough. They helped us troubleshoot and refine things until it was exactly right. Easy 5-star experience.

Really cool form builder
Great software that works very well with Elementor. Endless configuration options. Even truly complex relationships can be mapped. The support is exceptionally good; they helped me immediately with a minor problem and provided me with a custom patch. Fantastic.

Avoid this plugin — it’s missing basic features
The confirmation email sent to customers cannot be customized properly. The form name shows up at the top of every email your customers receive, which looks completely unprofessional. On top of that, all the email text is centered with no way to fix it — so every confirmation email looks like it was designed in 2005.…
