Great Plugin, Just what I need.
I have used the free version for a couple of years & it works great. Now I am doing a site redesign & I needed a way to allow pages to be viewed but other pages to be restricted. The Premium version of Password Protected has worked great. I am glad I upgraded!

Wish I could say more
This plugin could really use an update. The create has a gorgeous PAYMENT page, but the ugliest plugin on the market. Enabling the password protection inserts an embarrassing 1999 notice inside your site. The $99/year made me laugh out loud. This topic was modified 4 months ago by Dr Tyrell.

Useless for me
I need a homepage public. I want to lock out everything else. This was the top result for this feature, but it is locked behind a paywall. Exclusion of a few pages should be included or at least the homepage. I am sure this is useful for some people, but I need my homepage unlocked for a project.

Great Customer Support

Excellent Support

FREE version is a giant advertisement for pro version

I installed this plugin with the expectation that I could use it to password protect pages on my site. Unfortunately it seems that you need the Pro version to do that, or to do anything else useful, like password protect categories. Uninstalled.

Alright for now
