Excellent customer support from Suman
Suman and the Presto Player team responded quickly and handled my billing request with kindness and professionalism. Their explanation was clear, and I really appreciated their flexibility and understanding. A very positive support experience. Thank you, Suman and team!

Unacceptable delay in solving issues with the lifetime license key
Unacceptable delay in solving issues with the lifetime license key. Paid in three installment, however, the last one got delayed. Ever since then I am unable to add any more sites and am asked to buy it again although I bought a lifetime license.

★★★★★ — Great plugin, outstanding support
We use Presto Player on a multilingual e-learning platform (LearnDash, German and Turkish), where videos have to be watched in full before a quiz unlocks. Setup was quick and the playback presets made it easy to enforce that consistently. We ran into an edge case where the video progression didn’t trigger for the…

very far from lean solution
creates a new post type: pp_video_block makes their own additional “media bay” where you have to register/load your videos (not sharing benefices of WP functions on the WP media library and other plugins around that) … I wonder if the guys giving good reviews have tested other video solutions or have an extremely…

This plugin and support is top notch
I’m very picky with the plugins I install on my website or websites for clients. I want to make sure the code is high quality and lightweight. Presto Player continues to impress me. I’ve used it for several years and recently when I had some questions about some console errors relating to using the Bunny CDN…

Excellent plugin
This plugin is the best. I’ve tried a lot of video plugins. But as far as i know, they don’t compatible with Apple devices. But many of my clients use apple devices. Eventually I found Presto Player and it works excellent.

awesome tech support
I had no issue with Presto player not working exactly as promised. However I have a special use case where I want custom posts based around Presto player video content appearing on a Post summary page. The problem I had that the post summary (quite rightly) did not load each video player into the post summary page –…
