PublishPress checks all the boxes
We’ve used all the PublishPress Pro versions since launching our community news and entertainment website in 2022. I can’t imagine running a site with dozens of contributors without it. Each plugin is feature-packed and reliable, and updates come regularly, often adding new features. Also, I can’t brag enough about…

Transformed my thinking…
I have been needing a way to plan my writing in different areas. I tried to kluge my own naming system. A fail. This has been so helpful.

Very helpful
I use it to notify my editor whenever a post is submitted for review. Easy to setup, works great.

Makes Author Profiles Great Again!
PublishPress is a fantastic plugin that lets you beautify the author profile boxes to match your theme. The wide number of customisation options are a joy to use, not to mention that the templates are gorgeous. With a few clicks, I managed to make it look exactly like what I wanted (See…

Great Plugin
My only qualm with the PublishPress plugins is the inability to “ignore” words like “The” or “A” at the beginning of a post title for alphabetization of posts in a Series. Aside from that software kicks plenty of ass.

Great customer support
Had an issue with the new async setting on the PlannerPro 4.4.0 version. PP support found and fixed the issue and showed me how. Thank you!

phenomenal support
I never know what’s going to happen when posting to WP support forums, with lots of questions going unanswered for weeks, months. . . or longer. I was shocked and awed with Steve from PublishPress replied to a routine question within FOURTEEN MINUTES, which allowed me to report important info to my client and made me…

Wonderful Tool!!!
This is a great tool, easy to learn rather intuitive, if you make a date on the calendar without a post being started it will create the post title and blank page so you can work on it. I find this tool helpful to say on track and deliver consistant releases of my blog post which are once a week. Great simple but…

Great Plugin!
I manage 7 sites for my own business, as well as looking after over 150 client sites, and this plugin is great for keeping an eye on what’s going on with the content team, when content is getting published and so on. TBH, I think we only use a fraction of what it is capable of, but what we do use is excellent.

Great product
It’s a great project for planning. Though, It is a little more of a learning curve than I expected. I transferred from another content planner calendar and need to reorganize my posts again because they didn’t come across under the date I scheduled them.

Almost Perfect I Love It
I love it. It is super easy to use and I like to be able to schedule my posts in advance. The only issue that I have had is scheduling updates to content and honestly that could just be my lack of knowledge.

Really Solid Plugin
I do podcast production for ministries and faith based businesses. I was looking for a tool that would allow me to schedule episodes and be able to see them on a calendar. Publishpress handles this task perfectly. I will be using it with all of our clients in the future.
Excellent plugin, love it
One of the best and most essential plugins available for WordPress, especially if you need an editorial workflow.
