Excellent service again by the SureContact team!
I did get extended support again on making my profile update section synced with SureContact. They provided excellent service and besides that I have made the right decision to move from FluentCRM to SureContact to avoid an annual subscription while utilizing a great platform. Excellent Customer Support
We were having issues creating a link to Mailgun via API. Surecontact customer support quickly investigated and found that the problem was down to us using Mailgun EU servers. They promised to fix it within 3-4 days but actually did it in 2 days and it now works 100%. Gives you confidence when issues are dealt with…
