The developer was extremely responsive and quickly updated their plugin to ensure full compatibility with ours. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
It’s been years since we had a plug-in crash and take down our entire site but Tidio did just that! We had to get in contact with our host to remove the entire folder and it’s contents off of our cPanel. Looks like we will have to use a different live chat plug-in. Oh well! Solved my problem, excellent support
I wanted a simple and well-designed live chat for my website. Managed to get 95% of what I wanted through Tidio and I am sure I can use it for much more if needed. The customer support on Pro was fast and effective, helped me resolve a billing issue at no time. Definitely coming back in the future.

stopped working after latest update
It was a gem, now it’s not working anymore. Chat widget is not sending notifications on mobile + operating hours are not active unless you are constantly logged in to the dashboard An app that needs you to babysit it 24h isn’t reliable anymore.

Don’t Sign up. Not worth it and they wont give me a refund! What a Rip Off!

Great live chat plugin
Tidio is a great live chat app. Works on your mobile or PC. Integration with WordPress and/or WooCommerce is very easy. You can set up all kind of things in the dashboard on tidio.com, even make your own translation of the app. The only thing I would like, is for them to integrate the full dashboard into WordPress.

Amazing Tool
Tidio has completely change my business. To have email support ticketing , messaging etc all in one place makes our client communication now a breeze.
