Useful image optimizer
As a professional web developer, I found TinyPNG to be useful. I have recommended it to several customers who keep using it ever since. Fair use: for small blogs, the free version is fully functional, but limited to a certain number of images processed per month.

Amazing compression algorithm
Not sure how many of you know this, but TP service uses amazing compression algorithm. It is lossy, but the way it is implemented I haven’t ever seen before. Take a look at the 16 BIT PNG gradient. It dithers the result, dramatically reducing the image size, but the quality remains top notch. No other algorithms do…

Cut my bandwidth and image database by 55%
TinyPNG (Tinify) is an excellent solution. I’ve cut my entire database of image sizes by 55%. That means that website will load faster, backups will execute quicker and be smaller, and overall the experience will be better! Outstanding! Perfect, losless images with great filesize loss.
Better optimization than other plugins, free version is right for small websites and lacking for larger ones, but when you check the quality of the compression process (Especially on PNGs) you realize that pro version is worth every cent. Panda got my love and my money!
