Great plugin and support
This plug-in has always worked for many years without any issues. Then when I did have an issue and contacted Support, they fixed it straight away and released an update. Sanju was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommended.

Good Solid support
My site has 3 levels of free membership. User Registration and Membership made it easy to set up the 3 levels. I had some difficulty getting email working (I think because of using an outlook.com email address) but the support was spot on and I soon had things working just as I wanted.

Great customer service
The plugin is really well-made, both backend and frontend. It might be pricey, but it’s totally worth it. I had a conflict with another plugin, but customer service was super fast and helpful. Highly recommended!
