Just getting started but so far support is great
Although I do not have the site up yet, the support has been very good. I am very impressed with the AI support agent. I have used it qutie a bit to evaluate the product and determine if it fit my needs. No that I am begging the process it has been very benificial in answering questions and providing guidance.

Terrible!
They don’t care to solve issues, they just use blanket responses. Each time they update, something stops working. It’s a constant ping pong game….I tell them what’s not working, they give a blanket response, and back and forth we go.

Buggy and maintenance nightmare
The Pro version has enough bugs in it to cause yourself a headache over and over again. I tried to use their “pro” support to only find that form doesn’t work either. And, they consistently mark my support topic as resolved on here even though nothing is resolved, they want me to use their broken pro support website…
