Faker than fake
I strangely got many Abandoned Carts… I investigated it and they are add-to-cart calls made directly by “random IPs” that DO NOT browse my website at all. This plugin is fake to just try to scam you into buying their PRO version.

There was an issue capturing email with the new WooCommerce checkout block, and Priyanka worked to identify and prioritize a fix that’s rolling out in their next update. Now my site is properly sending Abandoned Cart emails. I tried so many plugins and I’m glad I chose Abandoned Cart Lite!

Decided to put a big banner with $1 offer on all admin pages
Nice plugin, works decently. But putting a big banner on ALL admin pages with a $1 offer for a 1-month trial, and then going on holiday for 4 days so no replies to email is a no-go. Will disable the plugin for now. not sure if I’ll enable it again

Incredible Support
We have recently created a WooCommerce Shop where we used Custom Product Addons to capture additional information. By default Abandoned Cart Lite didn’t show this information in the admin. Does the job and great support
This Lite version does the job. Abandonned carts are captured and reminder emails are sent. The setup is easy with the help of the documentation. I have reached out support because I needed to remove/customise reminder emails, and the support was very reactive and efficient 🙂 All good 👍

Not Good

Este plugin permite ver los carritos abandonados tanto de los usuarios registrados como sin registrar, y además tiene la opción de enviar un email a los registrados recordándoles los productos que dejaron en el carrito. Este email es enviado tras un tiempo que se puede configurar. ¡Muy bueno!

It’s like a good solution, but it damages my store
It’s like a good solution, but it damages my store / database. When I try to uninstall the plug and clean the records from a database. Woocommerce no longer works.

I just wish the pro version wasn’t so expensive…
