The Best Tool for Importing and Exporting Websites
It is hands down the best tool for importing and exporting a website, and the customer service was honestly top-notch. In my case, I forgot I had an active subscription and was charged by mistake, but they issued a full refund without any hassle. There are very few companies left that are this good and honest.

Polecam !
WP All Import oszczędza czas, nerwy i pieniądze. Zamiast ręcznie aktualizować produkty czy wpisy, można ustawić automatyczny harmonogram i mieć spokój. To narzędzie, które naprawdę zwiększa efektywność pracy z WordPressem.

Excellent support
I asked a dumb question before I had time to familiarize myself with the product. I got an answer that moved me forward with my project.

The most powerful and intelligent plugins
WP All Import is honestly one of the most powerful and intelligent plugins I’ve ever used in WordPress. It saved me a huge amount of time and effort when dealing with large datasets. What would normally take days of manual work, I was able to complete in a fraction of the time. The interface is very flexible and smart…

Good plugin but support doesn’t respond for a paid product
I made a bug report a few months ago, they confirmed it was a bug and gave me a work around. Told me it would take more than a few days to fix so I waited around a month and reached back out to get an update. Another 3 weeks nothing so I checked in again. Nothing. Been another few weeks and I’m not going to bother…

Useless without a premium account
No UX/UI, Almost none importable without premium and it doesn’t even show custom taxonomies. Just throw that plugin into the bin. This topic was modified 7 months, 2 weeks ago by emdiadesign.

8 years of greatness
I’ve been using the pro version of this plugin for 8 years now and it’s consistently been a great experience. As with all new software there’s a learning curve, but this one was worth it. I couldn’t manage a e-commerce site with a catalogue of over 600 products without it.

Lots of Granular Control
Wp All Import is a very well-written application with lots of granular control. I’ve used it to migrate hundreds of listings from one website to another with ease!

Nickels and Dimes
A plugin that is functionally good but will nickel and dime you for every little additional feature. You want WooCommerce? Extra plugin pack. You want extended functionality? Different license. It truly annoys me when plugin developers try to squeeze you every possible way for extra functionality. I prefer WP Migrate…

Great Plugin with Great Support
I’ve been a paying customer for WP Import/Export since 2016. This is one of those plugins that you don’t realize how much you’ll use until you have it. I use it all the time to migrate data from site to site. I’ve not needed to use support often, but when I do they are quick and helpful to solve my issue quickly.

So happy with Trey and the support team at Sofly. I had an issue which I thought would take ages to figure out but they got it in less than a day. I’m importing products like crazy now (4000 +) Thanks so much Sofly… Great plugin Great support. AAA+++

380 Useless free version and a huge waste of time
First time I’ve ever given a plugin a star. I installed all the plugins, spent a lot of time trying to understand how they worked, and in the end, I discovered that the plugin doesn’t import images in the free version, making it completely useless. A huge waste of time.

WP All Import is in a league of its own
I’ve been working with WordPress and WooCommerce for years, and WP All Import is hands down the best import and export software I’ve ever used. There is nothing else that comes close. Once you understand what this plugin can do, you stop wasting time even looking at alternatives. The drag and drop interface is…

The free version is a complete waste of time
it’s basically just an ad for the paid version. This topic was modified 11 months, 1 week ago by Suhan Alam Rana.

Good luck reaching support
Their contact support page is meme-worthy. So many questions. They really really really do not want to offer customer support. My import freezes after 500 posts. “Import currently in progress last activity 14 minutes ago” I deleted and retried, same thing. Works great then freezes.

WP all import and support team
I’ve been using the module for some time; if the module is extraordinary, then the support team is absolutely sensational. I sincerely recommend this module.

A Staple in my WP Plugin arsenal
WP All Import/Export is simply an amazing tool. I’ve been using the plugins for several years at this point and will continue advocating and using for the foreseeable future! I’ve even had clients update Google Sheets and setup scheduled cron imports, enabling them to update their own website content. Soflyy support…

Product works as described
The WP All Import functioned as expected. My theme was unfortunately not as functional. This had nothing to do with the WP All Import. Thanks for your support.
