  • Had issues but very quickly resolved

I had some issues with my setup (there are a lot of options!) but the online support was quick, knowledgeable and found the cause of my problems. They ensured I could get past it and even offered to help with the workaround if I couldnt do it myself. The software itself is extremely powerful and does exactly what I

  • Brilliant plugin with great support 👍

We’ve been using it for years without any issues. There were some major display errors after the last update, but the excellent and friendly support team helped out: my own customized WP Event Manager template! After the necessary correction everything works fine again. Thanks!

  • Bad support

Even on a new WordPress installation with everything disabled except the core extension, I still receive the following error: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function display_event_ticket_option() Contacting support did not resolve the issue.

  • Serious issues and no resolution

This plugin did not work properly on our site and ended up crashing it. We also ran into repeated issues with the functionality itself. Parts of the product were not working as expected, and we were unable to get it running reliably. The support process was confusing. We received contradictory messages, our original

  • Terrible development practices

This plugin is absolutely not recommended – the documentation isn’t great, and the development process even worse – the devs recently pushed an update that broke many many installations (critical error, sites completely down), because they changed a huge number of function names that user templates relied on – WITHOUT

  • License problem since 2025.

Good morning, I have been dealing with a license problem since 2025. It didn't work. I couldn't activate the plugin with the assigned license. I immediately contacted the support department about this and was told that they were working on it. After a while, I contacted them again, and then it was Cloudware's fault.

  • Expensive stack, unstable system, and support that cannot resolve core issues

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending more than $300 on WP Event Manager products and add-ons, I feel it is important to warn other developers and platform owners about my experience. I built an event platform using WP Event Manager, including several paid add-ons such as Sell Tickets, Emails, WPSeats

  • Lots of errors, hard to maintain.

With almost every update something breaks. No real backward compatibility. If you customized the plugin with templates, you need to redo it frequently. This topic was modified 6 months, 1 week ago by eff16.

  • Code Issues and No Support = Disaster

Worst customer service I have seen. Code is trash, multiple issues…all the time and their support is terrible. They hardly ever answer chat and if they do they create a “Support Ticket” and guess what, the they do not answer th support tickets. Probably due to the high volume of support tickets they get because of

  • Good idea, but too many bugs.

It’s a shame, it was actually a good idea. Unfortunately, there are too many errors and it’s far too complicated.

  • Support is getting better

I had contact with them in the past and it was horrible. Today I had a new problem and was afraid to log a new ticket, but to my surprise it was solved within a couple of hours. A big shoutout to Jathin from customer support!

  • Full of Bugs and bad code quality

This could be the best Event-Manager and Event-Calendar Plugin in the WordPress-Sphere. The Layout is good, it looks quite modern and has a lot of Features. I am using this Plugin for Years, but I wouldnt choose it again. Because of the Codebase and the Bugs. The Code of this Plugin is simply bad and nearly every

  • Great support

The support team was responsive and helpful in clarifying our questions, guiding us through the plugin’s features with professionalism. The plugin itself is well-built, offering a smooth registration and ticketing process with QR code functionality that worked perfectly for our event needs.

  • Terrible and Disappointing Support Experience & Misleading Claims

Terrible pre-sales support – received dismissive, unprofessional 2-line responses to detailed technical questions. Support became defensive when pressed for clarification and provided unclear answers that push you to purchase blindly. Required multiple back-and-forth exchanges just to get basic functionality

  • Terrible Support

Accidentally renewed my annual plan and when I quickly reached out to their support for a refund or proration, they didn’t offer any. So now I have to foot the bill for 11 months of a tool I don’t want to use.

  • Critical error on event pages

We used this plugin for the first time and will remove it once the event for this year is over. We received a critical error on this website warning for our individual event pages, and the only support advice we received was to reinstall the plugin. When you do that, all of your custom field editor data is deleted.

  • Unreliable

Terrible support. The plugin has major issues, and the agent provided no useful guidance on how to fix them. Instead, they blamed my fully functional website setup for the problems I was experiencing.

  • Horrible customer service

I would never build a website based on this plugin. Whenever you have an issue with it or need some help, they are everything but helpful. They keep you waiting for weeks and never give you a solution or an answer. I have a website with quite a few plugins and definetly this one is the worst in terms of customers

  • Event submissions are not possible any longer for logged in subscribers

The plugin looks great and is super fast on the frontend. However, after a recent update, logged in users with the subscriber role can no longer post events. This is causing a high volume of support requests and has rendered the plugin useless for event submissions. We hope WP Event Manager reconsiders. This topic was

  • Decent Plugin but horrible support

This plugin has potential to be an awesome program but some of the decisions made when implementing updates is frustrating. Also, when you contact support, it takes days for them to respond and there’s not many times that they’ve fixed my issues. Very frustrating.

  • It works well when it work, but you never know is going to work after update

Main problem with this plugin is that support is not fixing the bugs. I have got several “our dev team checked this is the bug in our plugin we will have to work on this bug” and nothing happens. Oldest ticket is now 6months. After lastest update there is several bugs more. So there is a possibility that this plugins

Attention: there is no refund policy. Be sure what you are buying and contact the (fast +1) support team for specific questions and requirements. • Worst and slowest support ever existed

Hey, Main plugin works not that bad but if you need support for paid addons, you’re screwed. Support not willing to help at all, the just send standard replies and we wait weeks for each iteration, they were unable to solve issues in months and just say that it’s some plugin conflict or bla bla bla. • Keep your fingers off

The plugin does not work as expected and the support is terrible. They don’t get anything on track. The only thing they can write: “We are working on it.” And that for around 3 weeks now. I have rarely had such a bad experience with a paid WordPress plugin, or with the support. Plugin: WP Event Manager Zoom Addon

  • Bad support, no refund policy

The plugin may be okay, I don’t know. I got it for a client, but they stopped paying me for it after 1 year. I tried to cancel my subscription, but the cancellation didn’t go through and I got charged for two more years. After the second time, I reached out to support and asked for a refund, they refused to give me

  • Disapointed

The solution works well, but… I purchased a feature pack that includes the mobile application. I only found out later that I needed to buy two more modules for $49 each, and even worse, the site doesn’t mention it anywhere. Customer service didn’t want to know anything and simply confirmed to me that I couldn’t have
