Great Plugin & Awesome support!
I had an issue recently where only 10 reviews were being pulled in – I reached out to support and within a few minutes I received a response. Support worked out I was using an old version of the plugin – my mistake completely! The plugin functionality is flawless….happy to recommend.

Exactly what I needed
I wish I had found this review plugin sooner as I had already wasted money on a more expensive alternative. WP Social Ninja does exactly what I need to display Google Reviews on our website and was really easy to set up, even with multiple Google Business Profiles.

Have had a Pro sub for a few years now … the recent update made things a lot clearer with much finer detail available. Paid for pro plugin, support unable to resolve issues
Paid for the pro plugin to get a Facebook Events Feed active on the website. Been in contact with the support staff for over two weeks, they haven’t fixed anything yet and are extremely incapable of communicating clearly about the issue.

Never Ending Problems

Hello, I believe there’s an important feature that should be in WPSR: the ability to download the profiles of social reviews locally and update them during another sync. Loading the profile images from the local server of the website is better than loading them from external sources.
